Mark S. Giesen


Mark’s talent for growing organizations can be directly attributed to his tenure at Continental Packaging Solutions, Inc. Joining the company in 1990, Mark successfully grew the business through unwavering vision and strategic asset management. Experiencing the business from a number of angles, his earlier roles at Continental included leading sales, corporate partnerships and heading its customer response teams. He rose to President in 1995 and then to Chief Executive Officer in 2001 where he remained until 2010 when he oversaw the successful sale of Continental to Berlin Packaging. Mark continued on with Berlin as a consultant assisting with additional mergers and acquisitions.

A recognized leader in his field, Mark also served as the chairman of the board for the National Association of Container Distributors from 2011-2014. Earlier in his career, Mark held several management positions with healthcare company, Baxter International.
In 2015, Mark joined Jeff Sharfstein and David Steinberg to found Dréim Capital.

Mark is a graduate of Denison University in Ohio and then Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he earned his MBA. Mark is also an active member of World Presidents’ Organization.
